We want your Sun Aura pieces to arrive safely and on time. Here’s everything you need to know about how we ship your order.

Processing Times

All orders are prepared with care and processed within 2–3 business days, unless otherwise noted. You’ll receive a confirmation email as soon as your order is on its way.

Shipping Costs

Shipping rates vary by location and are calculated at checkout.

Delivery Times

Once shipped, estimated delivery times are:

Canada: 6–8 business days

International: 5–12 business days

Delivery times may vary depending on the carrier and your location.

Address Accuracy

To ensure smooth delivery, please double‑check your shipping address at checkout.

If you need to update your address, contact us before your order ships.

Once an order has shipped, we’re unable to make changes.

Sun Aura is not responsible for delays or lost packages caused by incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.

PO Box Deliveries (Canada Only)

Orders shipped to Canadian PO Boxes are delivered by Canada Post. These shipments do not include tracking, as tracking is not available for PO Box deliveries. We are not responsible for delays or lost parcels in these cases.

Lost, Stolen, or Delayed Packages

Once a package is handed to the carrier, it is outside our control. By placing an order, you agree that Sun Aura is not responsible for packages that become lost, stolen, or delayed during transit. If an issue arises, we’ll always do our best to guide you through the carrier’s claim process.

U.S. Orders — No Tariffs

For customers in the United States, the price you see is the final price you pay, no surprise fees at delivery.

International Orders (Outside Canada & the U.S.)

For all other international destinations, local customs duties, VAT, import taxes, or handling fees may apply once your order arrives in your country. These charges are set by local authorities and are the responsibility of the customer. Sun Aura cannot predict, control, or refund these fees.
